Serbian Association of Thoracic Surgeons and Johnson & Johnson are
delighted to provide hands on training opportunities for trainees and surgeons
and invites you to join us on following sessions:
VATS Core Skills + Lobectomy Simulation Lab
Experience a very hands-on practical simulation training session designed to
elevate your core surgical skills in VATS. The sessions will be chaired by highly
experienced surgeon faculty that will coach you in various techniques
associated with VATS surgery including aspects such as port placement, tissue
handling, instrument handling, tissue exposure and camera handling skills. You
will also have the opportunity to complete a lobectomy procedure on the
anatomically accurate lobectomy module.
Delegate Criteria: VATS Early Learner & Intermediate
Number of delegates: 10- registration mandatory
Segmentectomy Module: Expert Connect
The objective of this session is to introduce the VATS Segmentectomy module
to you and keep you informed of the latest innovations in thoracic surgical
simulation. We will give you the opportunity to perform an anatomical
segmentectomy procedure. We are interested to hear your feedback to ensure
the simulator program meets your needs and also continuously improves.
Delegate Criteria: VATS Advanced & Expert- (min 30 VATS procedures annually performed)
Number of delegates: 10- registration mandatory
